The Adult Programme

Activeace offers a range of groups, catering for adults of all standards.

Our coaches are all experienced in working with adults in both groups and one-to-one coaching sessions. If you have never played before or you are an experienced player, Activeace can find a suitable group for you.  

Beginners: For anyone who has either never played before or for those who have had a limited amount of coaching in the past.

Improvers: For players who can rally consistently with an opponent, understand the rules of the game and are able to play each shot with a good success rate.

Advanced: A group for players who have a significant amount of playing or coaching experience, including competitive matches. Players in these groups will generally have played for club teams. The main focus of these sessions is to develop tactics to aid them in their competitive match play.
